Your assistant structures the data and, with the Carbone Skill, can even write the template; Carbone then fills a Word template and outputs a valid, editable, on-brand DOCX every time. Letting a model write the raw .docx itself often produces files that won't open cleanly or can't be edited.
How do I make a PDF from an LLM without hallucinations?
Keep the model away from the layout. The LLM outputs only structured data, and Carbone renders the PDF from a fixed template you control. The wording, branding and layout live in the template rather than the prompt, so the same input always gives the same PDF, with nothing for the model to hallucinate.
What is an MCP server for documents?
It is a server that exposes document generation as a tool any AI agent can call through the Model Context Protocol.
